Just as an old proverb says, happiness lies first of all in health. Good health is the most valuable thing a person can have but one cannot take good health for granted. It is vital to realize that the body needs proper care in order to be healthy. Additionally, everyone hopes to enjoy more happiness in the world. Our body cannot work well unless it receives the proper kind “fuel”, especially in this world full of fierce competitions. Firstly, doing more exercise is beneficial to build our bodies. It helps coordinate the different parts of our bodies when we have sports. Just like smiling, exercise can benefit our organs, which could let the heart beat faster than usual, and then helps enlarge the blood vessels to protect us from heart attacks.
