Fake Commodities

We inevitably encountered fake commodities in our life, from toothpaste, vinegar, clothes to bicycle and television set. Fake and poor-quality commodities bring about problems to consumers and enterprises.

Some factors contribute such a phenomenon. The major one is the desire of some people to make easy money. These people think nothing of the law of the protection of intellectual property rights. On the other hand, some consumers want to show their luxurious life through goods which they can not afford and they purchase fake famous-brand commodities, which encourage fake products. To reduce and get rid of fake and poor-quality commodities， on the one hand, it is the government’s responsibility to strengthen people’s awareness of intellectual property protection. Meanwhile, severe punishment should be adopted on those who are eager to get rich by producing fake goods.

從牙膏、醋、衣服到自行車和電視機，我們曾經在生活中不可避免地遇到過假冒商品。假冒偽劣商品給消費者和企業帶來了不少問題。

造成這種現象的原因不一而足，其中最主要的一個原因是一些人想輕松賺錢。這些人對保護知識產權的法律不屑一顧。另一方面，一些消費者想通過他們買不起的商品來展示他們的奢侈生活，于是他們購買假冒名牌商品，他們的這種行為又鼓勵了假冒產品。

為了減少和消除假冒偽劣商品，一方面，政府有責任加強人們的知識產權保護意識。同時，對那些急于通過生產假貨來致富的人應該采取嚴厲的懲罰措施。
