In ancient times, farmers arranged their agricultural activities accordingto the move of : the sun. It is the fact that the 24 solar terms takes into account the position ofthe sun that makes us attach importance to it.

1.統稱:即“全稱”，可譯為a whole/general name。

2.12節氣:可譯為12 major solar terms。在月首的叫做節氣，如春分、谷雨等。

3.12中氣:可譯為12 minor solar terms。在月中的叫做中氣，如立夏、立秋等。

4.眾所周知:可譯為as we all know或as is know to all。

5.自然規律:可譯為the laws of nature。這里的law不是“法律”，而是“規律”的 意思。

6.根據太陽的運動:可譯為according to the move of the sun。

7.考慮到...:可譯為take...into account。

8.重視:可譯為attach importance to。其中to為介詞，后面要加名詞、代詞或動名詞等。
