地點狀語從句

1.定義

地點狀語從句（Adverbial clauses of place）用表示地點、 方位，通常由where、wherever等引導(dǎo)。可置于句首、句中或句尾。

2、分類

地點狀語從句的引導(dǎo)詞主要有：

①where，wherever（=no matter where）, everywhere, anywhere等

when表示“在……地方”

例如：Where there is a will, there is a way.

有志者， 事竟成。

wherever（=no matter where）表示“無論什么地方” 

例如：You can sit wherever you like.

你喜歡坐哪兒都可以。

everywhere表示“到處”，

例如：Everywhere I went, people were angry or suspicious. 

在我去過的所有地方，人們不是憤怒就是猜疑。

anywhere表示“到處”或“無論何處”，

例如：I will take you anywhere you like.

②我會帶你去你喜歡去的任何地方 

③地點狀語從句與定語從句的區(qū)別 :

在于分句在句中作什么成分。作狀語，則是狀語從句；作定語修飾名詞，則是定語從句

例如：Go back where you came from. 

回到你來的地方去  (where引導(dǎo)地點狀語從句）

Go back to the village where you came. 

回到你來的那個村子里去。(where引導(dǎo)定語從句，先行詞為village)
